Inconsiderate Behaviour

In the past week a partially sighted person had an accident where they fell over an E Scooter just dumped on the pavement and the greater sadness is the children laughed !

This is a very serious and unfortunate situation and highlights inconsiderate & careless behaviour and how it can directly impact on others especially people with visual impairments or mobility.

Pavements are for everyone - It is against the law to ride E Scooters on a public road or pavement. If you know someone doing this activity - Please report them
